Things are starting to open up and masks mandates

Things are starting to open up and masks mandates dropped in certain states but Covid is still here killing people everyday. Some of my area hospitals currently have 40+ with 9 in ICU very small population area I can only imagine what the numbers are at actually large area metro populations. The main thing that has changed is 50% adults vaccinated and the media has turned blind eye to all the deaths and infections that are currently happening. I can only imagine how bad it is in Brazil India Philippines and other places around the world.
