Very good point, due within 60 days from end of fiscal year, and much complete, financials have to be audited, and management perspectives and review of corporate events also required. Monday is the 31st so I am not sure if revenue from PI will be reflected in the 10K unless they have been receiving revenue this last month.

Of course they would have the option to release a 8K afterwards.
