No, it doesn't look good for the 5%ers, Goose. But we have a 3 day Memorial weekend so they still have time to do something and have it come out sometime b4 the opening bell on Tuesday. I sure as heck hope they remain silent as it seems they have no material fact or facts we know of, to publish since they put out their infamous 13D. What a bunch of selfish and unorganized hating management filibusters, I digress.
As far as them or someone else getting Dr. NP and Dr. Kelley to return shares, (another poster said this), I agree. Those shares that were returned could have been bought by them to have the ability to acquire those shares to reach their 5% position, who knows - GLTU
