I agree that missing deadlines is very frustrating

I agree that missing deadlines is very frustrating. Even worse when they set the goals and deadlines only to miss them. That is completely uncalled for. You would think one benefit of having an older gentleman at the helm is he would have learned that everything takes much longer than you expect and never count on anything until the results are in or the ink is dry.
