Years ago I worked as a HeadHunter...Acctng...Engring...Mktg..Itech....MANY looked good on paper...some interviewed better than others...some were instant...successes...some ended back in my offices...the "Boob" wanted More time with his family...he got his wishes after lackluster performance...it sometimes takes a while for an employer to read the animal's stripes. At this point... I don't SEE the 5% as comrades...still reading the stripes.
