I would think maybe not. If it is such a great concer5n that it has caused a serious rift, the board members could discuss their personal feelings without violating any non-disclosure agreement. They could say for example " I am not a happy camper" without any further elaboration. I haven't heard a single peep, so I guess you must be wrong in your speculations.
