There is a cumulative Deficit of nearly $10M, going back to May 2007 and I believe we agree there is absolutely a "Debt Owed"..  Thank you for “Validating” my point! The burden of that “DEBT” has almost entirely been placed on the "Backs” of RFMK Shareholders!

“Paid in Capital” = Paid for by RFMK shareholders.. Me thinks many are in Denial on this one!

We both know what can happen when continuing and mounting deficits are not brought under control..

Large and growing deficits over prolonged periods of time are unsustainable in most cases, irrespective of whether they are incurred by an individual, corporation or government. Huge deficits over a number of years can wipe out equity for an individual or a company's shareholders, eventually leaving bankruptcy as the only option.

More or less a continuation of my point..

If indeed we had a situation where RFMK funds acquired over last year were put to use as some sort of stimulus, then RFMK just might have a chance! But, here we are a year later.. We’ve see less than $25K in Revenues… Seems like most are excusing the fact that Q4 will be minimal at best..  and we still haven’t heard squat about how business is progressing and what’s happening with the $900K in Retail Vapes!!

IMMSHO.. RFMK shareholders “Beware”...  We are on the verge of the “Bottom Falling Out” with RFMK.. period.
