even longer story behind Eurogas
( I've been accompanying this company for over 30 years )
Glad to share all of my knowledge.
In a nutshell Eurogas is one big story of failiures. They burnt over $ 300 m over decades.
There is one person behind : Wolfgang Rauball. He is also the new CEO of GESI .
Many years ago Eurogas went bakrupt and was delisted. ( deja vu ? )
In order to carry on , they founded new subsidiaries in other countries, got them listed ( e.g. Eurogas AG, Switzerland ) , raised fresh money on promises, burnt it, went bankrupt , became delisted...
For several years now , WR has been searching for ways and means to get relisted.
Several times, plans were announced to achieve a relisting by way of merger with other companies.
All in vain.
Recently, without being duly informed by Eurogas( !!) , we noticed Eurogas having "conquered" GESI.
Since then we've been wondering about the reason behind.
Looks like we just have one more delisted company in our group of companys now.
how could this improve anything ?
