this was just a test as I registered only a minute ago.
I came across this thread yesterday when searching the internet for infos about GESI.
I'm not a shareholder.
However I am shareholder of Eurogas Inc which became main shareholder of GESI a few months ago
by way of a " stealth transaction" which was neather communicated to GESI shareholders nor to Eurogas shareholders.
So many people around me ( I'm in Germany ) are wondering what this transaction is all about.
Also, we are wondering how such a transaction could happen without prior approval by an extraorinary general meeting .
