I don't understand the response either. It's very frustrating. How did NUGX get listed and who was responsible for it? That's fairly straightforward isn't it? If mgmt. doesn't know the answers to those questions, that's scary. If they do know the answers, please share them with us in a public forum so everyone knows at the same time.
