HENI Synergy update: On HENI - Hinto Energy, Inc. I am still trying to close out the last piece of litigation. The close out includes me purchasing restricted shares from entities that Gary Herrick controls. The certificates were lost so I provided affidavits of loss via the attorney so that we can move this along.
