We deserved those NGIO shares.
“ I understand your point, but you paid nothing for your NGIO dividends. They were awarded to shareholders by GNBT management.”
The NGIO shares were not awarded by GNBT management, they are our share of the NGIO company that GNBT owned 100% of that is now being spun out. We are entitled to our % ownership of NGIO. It is NOT a gift by GNBT management. That’s like saying TSLA owns a whole car, however now they are going to spin off the battery manufacturing that they currently do at no cost, but it adds value to TSLA. So Elon Musk gives us shares of the battery manufacturing and we are supposed to be grateful that they gave us a piece of the battery that we owned 100% of already.
IMO, this GNBT/NGIO team needs to find a way to compensate us further. They have been using my money for 4 and 1/2 years. I would like something to show for it.
