Obviously the outstanding shares issued, especially the floaters has a direct effect on any individual share price. For clarification, what I am referring to is the whining from individuals who received NuGenerex dividend shares at NO cost, ZERO dollars, hence FREE to them and then whine about now having these shares traded for Class A shares, then swapped later for Class B shares, staying on the OTC for up to18 months, perceived reverse split if the Class A to Class B share trade is not 1 for 1 even though the value of those shares will be equal, ad nauseam.
If someone got 1000 shares of NUGX and only could sell them for $1 pps, that is still $1000 more than they had before. It’s like a person getting $5 from a perfect stranger just because they smiled at the stranger and then endlessly complaining that they should have gotten $100.
