My thoughts on the disaster regarding listing:

1. The NUGX story could only happen because one CEO postponed an IPO ad infinitum, primarily due to others. (Naturally)
2. What kind of start is a company where parts of it (ok future ones) are only added to the company later. There is no other way to fix this. For me this is plan Z.
3. The shareholders have to pay the management for the crap. Wait 9 or 18 months even longer. I think it's a cheek to even write something like that in the form.
4. Funds are scooped up through the listing. Funds are being shoveled up all the time. (Again on the back of the shareholders) Increasing from 70 to 120 million shares wasn't worth mentioning. (This is normal.) Because of that we still couldn't see anything on the income side ..... it takes a while but it will definitely come ...
5. Can this management do anything right at all!
