Totally agree and foremost in the administrative hearing is intent....
Here our intent appears to not only be ethical on the part of the company but
also Stephen Squires fiduciary responsibility to present material events via 8-k's is apparent. Clearly there was no deception on the company's part as much as we know but that is what the evidence presented should disclose? The fact is Quantum was participating with Innova/Pasaca in producing viral test kits globally! Hopefully the SEC takes much into consideration?
