what does it matter? it's an article in our favour. 
Something is up.. is my point..the timing...It's the most quietest its been for some time. Why that article now?
What is good about it is that it isn't pumping. it is non bias.
Maybe "they" who ever is paying for it wants eyes to be on UNVC.
Personally I think it's strategic. Nothing by chance.
