NP has been criticized in the past for bad hires and summary fires. My dental practice was a small business. Hiring and firing was the hardest part of that business. hiring was hard because you couldn't really assess a persons abilities until you saw them in action over a period of time. Firing was even harder if you had any empathy at all. CYDY is a very small business faced with huge tasks. Every employee has to pull their own weight and then some. There can be no dead weight. Np has had to make the most difficult personnel choices. I believe he has done so at great cost to all involved including himself. CYDY is not large enough to allow any dead weight. Very few people have the knowledge to judge NP's performance other than by looking where the company was and where it is at a given moment.
