the group is led by rosenbaum and they have 23.5M shares or 5.76% of outstanding. other members of the group besides pestell is Beatty who is on BoD at IncellDX.. DOH!! and Parisi who is/was (unsure of current position) associated with Paulson. I for one think this is great news. read page 34, item 4 on the 13D. This is going to get very interesting. because even this group is fairly split on the NP leadership.
