The CE has no chance of being removed at all until the USA V. Foley and SEC V. Foley cases are concluded, and then, only if Foley prevails in both cases, which he won't.
Neither of those cases will be concluded by September, at which time shareholders will be unable to buy or sell NTEK via any brokerage. This rule has already been implemented by Schwab and others, with more following suit soon.
