These types of filings are enormous undertakings, even though half of the information is pro forma. The volume of paper and the need to cross-check data across different periods makes it mind-numbing, even if you’re dealing with simpler data. I’m not expecting a filing any earlier than 5 minutes to midnight on the final day.
