May 24. 447M traded .0017 > .0023. It gapped up
Post# of 4333
It gapped up to .0023 at the open - as indicated by MMs pre-open that it would - but people not paying attention failed to cancel their asks under which manipulators then took advantage of to get reloads as low as .0017.
Later in the session, a 10M buy took out all the .0019s and a 32M buy [$64K] took out all the .0020s.
The .0021s were almost gone with only 4M left but then some low level flippers put more up at .0020.
Again today, many of the buys were 10M > 20M at a time / per second.
We already know that more than the entire Unrestricted O/S of 5.8 Billion was traded (in theory - of course some held and some flipped more than once) on May 20.
So $INCC should be thin back to the .0085 > .01 range once it breaks .0040 - as most shares are held at a cost basis below .0040.
Watch out for developments over the weekend on Twitter and / or a possible PR.
