It was a response out of desperation and fear that if the many pedestrian inquiries continued, it would lead to larger and more powerful entities inquiries, like the media, congress et al. We must have been close to the tipping point for "the letter" to be published.
The letter was a kick in the balz , a low blow, it was a "message" like waking up to a horse head in your bed, that could only be done because "we" are the only people that know the story.
Once enough people and the "powerful people" know the story, they can't do that schit anymore because they will be seen as retaliatory. The FDA will also have to deal with our future trials in a fair and impartial manner. This is important for all our indications.
The only path forward to success for CYDY, is for us to get the FDA and our story, public knowledge. If we achieve this, the FDA will be under a spotlight when dealing with our past and future trials, otherwise, if we stop, as they desperately want us to do, they'll be able to continue their goal of keeping CYDY unknown forever.
Our path to success is through the media to the public and powerful.
We need an "event" that the media won't ignore. Once our story is public, the FDA harassment stops and our future trials won't be manipulated.
This is the only way CYDY will be successful. Public awareness via a media event that won't be ignored. Throughout the history of issues with the same dynamics we're dealing with, the way to success has been through protest, with many people, signs and fertile location choice, media coverage then public awareness. That's success.
