Is professional courtesy an open season on the FDA from 43,000 Cytodyn investors?
If only if the FDA would post or publish a retraction of their comment of “ No Benefit “ that would at least set the story straight and remove harm that was laid on CytoDyn internationally since we chose to take a new international path for our immediate use and possible approvals.
The FDA has to realize that they have harmed our chances everywhere in the world. This is why I believe the stock holders should have left the FDA alone in the first place and should only try to get a middle person representing us stock holders like a elected official or someone similar.
The continued assault by who knows how many of the 43,000 investors directed at the FDA might of been the reason for the letter in the first place. We can’t discount that right now. We have essentially or quite possibly been the reason we are in this position. How many investors wrote very derogatory letters and cussed them out? Shooting ourself in the foot is not the position I like to be in. Not only do we NOT have an FDA EUA but it has probably delayed our chances internationally at one and will make us prove our molecule in trials before an international or equivalent EUA in any country. Time is our injury. Cost of trials might cost us more dilution. I hate the thought of more dilution personally.
Did we screw ourselves or just delay our chances? I would think it will be on trial size that shows how much time we might of cost ourselves. Sometimes poking the bear is better served by another equally important bear like a Senator with the likes of Bernie Sanders. Someone with pull and standing that demands answers. Not an assault by thousands of investors. An all out assault by our stock holders didn’t help us is what I believe. If it continues and is ongoing... what else will we screw ourselves out of? Another possible EUA for LH’s or a BTD for Cancer? How much do we need to lose before we learn the most expensive lessons when we can’t get any approvals in the USA? Where does it stop? How much pressure is really needed by a peanut gallery of stock holders?
All I can really say... If you must be active... don’t focus on the FDA but elected officials to fight for us. Be smart in your activism. Don’t be direct by the thousands at the FDA. Know that there is 43,000 investors and the FDA will hate us for our all out assault as activists. Just please be smart!
