CYDY was injured by the letter, but is very vulnerable to negative actions of the FDA. It must tread lightly. Individual stock holders can easily also financial show damages and have the absolute right to criticize and demand demand answers from the FDA or the government that created it. They are not John Does or agents of the company. The letter contains an illegal and inappropriate demand that CYDY as a company or NP perform an illegal action or possibly face reprisal from a government regulatory agency. This dwarfs any other concerns with the letter. This surely is a violation of the first constitutional amendment, the civil right of freedom of speech which deserves investigation. No government agency can be allowed by congress to violate such an important civil right expressed so explicitly in our constitution. Any court, president or congress that fails to curtail and punish the FDA and the individuals responsible for this serious civil rights violation and has not protected our constitution as they have sworn.
