Deanotn. good pair of posts

Glad to be one of 4 that thumb them both

There used to be a lot of nonsense posts here and that has all but evaporated

I guess they learned that this board doesn't have the same 'liar' protection as the shutter island. So when you post lies, disinformation, etc. it can all be tracked back to you.

You SO much more refreshing then the a-holes on lie-hole that actually can't read an annual or quarterly report

You would think if your handle was Tenkay?

Oh, whatever...

They are still on the first page of Tenkay

The number is actually higher than 90% that don't read a financial filings when you add in Sixth Man and his half dozen IDs.

At a company I was at, the most popular class was how to read it

Hundreds would attend that class every time they had it

You would think all the fired financial advisors on iCry would know how to, eh?

Who knows, not me, we never lost control...

"Being able to invest in Verb at this startup stage is a boon to institutions and investors who have done in-depth DD and taken a position in ownership."

Well said, you've been reading my posts or you are familiar with startups

Being able to invest in Verb at this startup stage is a boon to institutions and investors who have done in-depth DD and taken a position in ownership.

"YE20 revenue was $10M with a YOY growth rate of 10%."

Focus solely on SaaS revenue. We doing the hokey pokey

Getting out of the low margin baggage that Sound Concepts brought with them and into the high margin

"A linear extrapolation using these ratios to YE21 suggests revenues of $11M with expenses of $40M."

My expectations are for SaaS revenues to double. I'd like to see them double every year. Just doubling this year will set things on fire. Just a 'hint' that they will, will set this on fire. BTW, we already got the 'hint'.

Expenses are not going to go up linear. I can almost guarantee that. Unless Verb wants them to and I can give you a few reason. What you are seeing is Verb has cut back significantly on expenses. We'll maybe everyone is not seeing that, but I can tell you I sure am.

red you said 'unless' Verb wants them to. In what world would they want them to?

1.) They could see the more they market the more exponentially sales go higher. In that case they would need 'front' money. Before iPie bags on that, this is exactly what the 'shark tank' loves.

2.) They could see the more sales people they hire the more exponentially sales go higher. In that case they would need 'front' money. Before iTried bags on that, this is exactly what the 'shark tank' loves.

What iBWers doesn't tell you is most tech companies run at a lose. If they didn't, they are going a pretty, pretty, pretty poor job of growing

But, they wouldn't know that, because they paint 10K stocks with the same OTC brush. Because when you have 10K stocks in your sights, how the heck would you know anything else or actually post links to back up your 'claims' other than stolen property, eh?

But there is a sucker borne every day and that is the ones that keep that board going. Wake up, you are costing us millions with your 'defense'

We will have are time...

Oh know I said too much, I guess I haven't said enough

I guess I heard you laughing...

I guess red set it up?

"At this burn rate, the $13M cash reserve would be used in a few weeks implying another sale and dilution of shares is necessary to raise capital"

This is not correct which is why the boo birds came out.

While most people can't read a financial statement and the ones that can mostly don't...

Most people can read a message board post

Most people don't know the difference, unlike you, of linear and exponential

I don't blame them. After 30 math classes, I was done with math too.

One of my last classes, we were using the instructors text book that 'h'e written

During a open book test, most were flopping back and forth

The questions were taking straight out of the book

The answers were straight in the back

Sometimes the answers we seek in life, are right in front or back of us

Used to be you could go with your gut and you'd probably right

These days there are 'forces' at work to make sure your gut doesn't win

I could tell you the illegal tactics they use which would blow your mind to sink companies

Here's the the funny thing...

It's ALL traceable

Real companies like Apple, Google, Microsoft don't protect people that commit crimes. Two of the 3, I work with a lot and there is no question I cannot ask.

I've reviewed the situation and there seems to be one BWer that is hiding on skinwalker ranch

OK, you did this to yourself

At one company I worked for, we would get asked a lot for IPs when we pulled the ____ into this and gave them freely

Where was I?

red, I think your Think song was ending and you were about to channel, Kenny?

"Those that don't do DD beyond the balance sheet won't be aware of the products or direction."

tenor.gif

Yeah we in that special spot...

You got +90% that can't or don't read a balance sheet

You got a shit load of traders that can't or don't read

You got what is now a ton of investors that are broken hearted

You got a broken down ex employee that can't get a job trying to cabbagetoge our company

3397b8e2-400c-46c3-9f20-8252a9c2a842_text.gif

You got a board that not only defends liars, but the rules were 'gamed'

Who's going to tell you facebook, twitter, instagram are also 'gamed'
?

Google it

They are playing a deadly game

But did you know, that when it snows

You can't go on 'Thinking', nothing wrong...

My eyes become large and the light that you shine can be seen

Rory said this 1000 times by now

None of this would be possible without shareholder support

There is so much a man can tell you, so much 'he can say'

A man decides after 60 years

That what he goes there for

Is to unlock the door

While those around him criticize and sleep

There isn't anyone else that is outraged enough...

Among 10K stocks don't you think it's odd, there is only a handful that come and go that is outraged?
