I honestly wouldn't say that for certain. at this point.
Like I posted earlier by sheer numbers alone the SEC doesn't have the manpower to deeply investigate every company they are suspending trading on, heck they can't keep up with the current system.
But you may be right, Me I going to remain optimistic for now as I have seen no charges against the company other then non reporting.
And who knows maybe QTMM just might have had a legitimate reason why they were unable to.file.
Given a warning by the SEC and deadlines by Pasaca, which carries tens of millions repercussions for failure to comply, I can't think of any reason Squires would willing make a decision not to file.
Now Pasaca on the hand if they wanted to bring QTMM private is another story..
