Better to figure out a way to focus all of the company’s energy on Brazil and India. And In the US, we shouldn’t roll over - but instead focus on getting the word out to doctors so that patients can benefit. Send that new top line data out, and let them decide.
In other words, marketing blitz in India and Brazil, educate docs here, and forget the FDA. Not worth the energy. Just my 2 cents.
