I totally agree with everything you said Toodles, great post. To me when someone says “by” such and such, it means either before that time or exactly on that time. So hopefully we are right in thinking before or as the month turns to June.
What I have been wondering in the back of my mind though is were it says “impacted pink companies”. This can be related to us and then it can’t. I am thinking that if we intend to stay on the OTC then it does pertain to us, but if our intended destination is Nasdaq then it doesn’t pertain to us. If all our paperwork is setup to file to Nasdaq, it’s only until the September start of the new regulation is where we have to have been uplisted or if we still are on the OTC then we would be delisted since we got caught in noncompliance.
All signs show that something is imminent, after seeing all associated companies filing yearly and quarterly reports. But Dr D has missed some deadlines, some of which like I stated weren’t on Twitter so technically we’re not official. I must say it’s a shame that shareholders in a company have to rely more on faith than anything. But that is where we are. I continue to hold, as I have 3 years now. Determined to see this through for my family and people I intend to help, but I have to say it has not been as pleasant of a ride as some pretend it is. Yes I’m up a lot, lots choose to say sell and move on, but I take that quite offensively. Concern and questions posed to ones investment is not a sign of weakness or nonbelief, it’s another part of business and doing business. When UNVC comes public, it will see what happens when questions are brought up and not answered and how the market responds. Wishing us all well and a prosperous future!
