Joe has said the trial sites are ready. Just because they are ready doesn't mean they are ready to vaccinate people. It means they have agreed in principal and have a plan in place. I would say 2-4 weeks from the time the IND is approved AT THE EARLIEST they could be starting ASSUMING GNBT/NGIO have the financing to pay for the trials. Is that financing dependant on the IPO being completed or does Bintai do what they agreed to do in a timely manner?
