I think halfway through a book on the CTIA...lobbying force essentially behind the telecommunications industry..and while doing research...many Politicians remained neutral until one of their children was killed by a driver while texting/calling/receiving telephone calls...almost immediately afterward they became advocates and their children's names appeared on campaigns/laws, etc...so onestep is absolutely right...look for people that have been personally affected by the virus with immediate family members...empower them to participate.
