All OTC market top traders were again busy elsewhere today - primarily on significant movers / reloaders $INCC $SFLM $ENZC $PSRU.
Overall, 724,399 shares were bought - in the tight range .0231 > .0400.
It looked like shares were changing hands from the impatient to those who see the eventual opportunity.
Largest buy was 122K and there were multiple 50K > 10K buys.
