Please disregard if my' remembrances are not pertinent or accurate but didn't we acquire Sound Concepts last year? If so I would propose that expenses last year should not include that purchase price. Does the amount you cited include that purchase? If yes then the linear projection would necessarily need to be adjusted.

If my recollections are wrong please overlook. While I have a significant investment in VERB I am fortunate enough monetarily that I don't have to obsess over my risk.
