Example: Say I own 10,000 shares of Class A NUGX stock
Come Conversion Day:
OTC Pink: NUGX $2 pps x 10,000 shares = $20,000 value
NASDAQ: NGIO $10 pps (Class
Conversion Rate: 10 / 2 = 5
Result: 10,000 NUGX shares swapped for 2,000 NGIO shares
I now own 2,000 NGIO shares valued at $10 pps for $20,000 total value on the NASDAQ!
Or perhaps something really crazy happens:
Come Conversion Day:
OTC Pink: NUGX $20 pps x 10,000 shares = $200,000 value
NASDAQ: NGIO $10 pps (Class
Conversion Rate: 10 / 20 = .5 (1/2)
Result: 10,000 NUGX shares swapped for 20,000 NGIO shares
I now own 20,000 NGIO shares valued at $10 pps for $200,000 total value on the NASDAQ!
Who wouldn’t want to move their shares from the OTC Pink to NASDAQ?
My concern has been about how the market will value GNBT where my major investment is.
I want to see GNBT moved from the OTC swamp to NASDAQ and NGIO was to be the ticket to do that.
If say NuGenerex becomes a billion dollar company will the market value GNBT for owning 60+% of Nugenerex ($600 million) or will the market value GNBT based on the value of the price per share of the Class A NUGX shares they own?
