- deal with SEC current by Feb 2021
- missed
- allowed trading for 2 1/2 months after missing
- suspended shortly after Kansas decision
Coincidence?"
Absolutely.
The SEC issued Delinquency Letters on December 17, 2020 to at least 7 companies, including QTMM.

The SEC suspended 3 of the 7, QTMM, Texas South Energy and Moregain Pictures, on May 12. The other 4 were suspended on May 11, 13 and 17.
The Kansas decision was on May 7. What is the connection between the Kansas case and the other 6 companies that made the SEC suspend them shortly after the Quantum decision? Or just a Coincidence?
Looks like the SEC sent out Delinquency Letters back in Nov., Dec. & Jan., gave the companies months to get current, and then took action against the whole group who were still delinquent in May. Too bad QMC could figure out how to get their act together and file before May.
