All, Generex is not coming out of this with nothing right off the bat. This has been planned out for years to get NGIO listed and for Generex to reap some benefits out of it as well and to also help launch all their other businesses to boot.
They are not going to wait18 months to let that happen. Joe and team are a smart team when it comes to business and they have worked deals, borrowed money, sold stock to get to this point and even in the S-1 it says NGIO pays Generex I think something like 10% not counting what Generex has in their stock eventually as well.
So, Generex PPS will rise and those who have invested in GNBT will see positive results when NGIO gets listed.
