235,000,000 shares of Class A Common Stock NUGX? OTC Pink
500,000,000 shares of Class B Common Stock NGIO NASDAQ IPO
25,000,000 shares of preferred stock
Class B $11 liquidation value* (*Only if there is enough cash available)
Class A OTC Pink value with conversion to Class B shares, time frame 9 -18 months
Conversion rate Class B / Class A
Example: Class B = $16 Class A = $1.5 16/1.5 = 10.66
You will get 1 Class B share for every 10.66 Class A shares
Question: Will your converted Class B shares also have the $11 liquidation value?
If yes, will the market consider that future $11 value into the current NUGX OTC pps?
GNBT valuation will be considered the same as it is now with the NUGX OTC Pink share price.
The NGIO pps will have no effect since GNBT does not own any NGIO shares, only NUGX Class A shares
