very true, even if we had a trial that was only 14 days we might not had a better PE result due to the lack of mortality at 14 days (across the whole trial, not just critical). If they would have called CD12 a P2 trial i doubt we would be so upset. the drop off in effectiveness from the last dose to 28 days is very informative data realistically.
