I guess that is the million dollar question.
I was seriously hoping that we would receive a PR in regards to the filed S1, but with a little more thought about this, such PR would have probably called "fluff" news again, as this is for sure an important next step and we've learned another important fact about the intended share price for the IPO, but this info only does us any good in combination with the IPO D-A-T-E, which is the next big information that needs to be provided by Dawson James, I assume.
So in my thinking Joe just saved the $10k announcing this one step, and waits for the next step, IPO date, is settled as well, and then we will receive the eagerly anticipated PR about the IPO, and that will surely also answer your qeustion about the WHEN.
