as always, Genex has managed to complicate the life of the shareholders: ok I understand the time block otherwise, after the listing, we would have seen massive sales by those who, like me, received the shares as a dividend.
But a time block of 18 months is a lot; moreover, if I am not misunderstood, from 9 to 18 months the company can decide how many shares to convert, so it does not necessarily decide to convert them all ...
One last thing that I really do not agree with, is not to convert the shares into an equal relationship, but to tie them to their respective prices (... and ours would be in pink): this is a very dangerous double-edged sword, we could find ourselves in 18 months with little, even if Ngio was successful.
