true. Who gains -anybody who shorts the stock down to .0001. The last time i was in a stock that did that I lost 200k value as I've mentioned before.
They essentially are not giving no info or limited info stocks a choice anymore. They are saying put up the money to upgrade or we will destroy you.
otc and the agencies are suspicious of all such stocks so they have no sympathy for such stocks.
