This may be the origin of Class A from Series A, but it’s just fwiw because it’s not relatable to shares you own.

On February 2, 2021 we exchanged with Generex 100,000 shares of our Series A Super Voting Preferred Stock (the “Super Voting Preferred Stock’) for 300,000,000 shares of our Class A Common Stock.
