I assume that the class a shares will remain liste

I assume that the class a shares will remain listed on the pink nugx symbol, while the shares deriving from ipo, class B, will be listed on the Nasdaq symbol Ngio.
Conversion could be dangerous for us, but considering Joe has a few million Class A's, I can't imagine him not serving his own interests .... unless the shares held by the board of directors are considered class B .....
