In my opinion, Dr. J missed the main reason for strained relations between the FDA and Cytodyn. (Surprising to me!) That reason is - Pourhassan will not let the FDA get its hooks into Leronlimab and all the indications it can treat!

The FDA, more than anyone else besides Cytodyn, knows the promise of this drug. They know that Leronlimab is trying to take over the HIV, Cancer, Covid, Longhaulers, NASH, GvHD etc. markets. Leronlimab has the Midas Touch and they can see it. Ever trial it has participated in it has succeeded to the point that it can't be shut down.

What gauls the FDA is that Cytodyn remains independent of their strings! How many other pharmas can say that? They want to control Leronlimab or they want some BP that they have their hooks into to control Leronlimab!

The FDA has an agenda to control, period. It does not like mavericks and independents. Why should it have any say in how Cytodyn goes about its business, with PRs or otherwise?

And yet it does! It wants to be King Maker and say who succeeds and who doesn't, who get rich and who doesn't. It doesn't even want to be challenged in what it does by Congress! It wants to be a power unto itself!

The fact that a guy of Iranian decent controls the company that controls the drug they want probably also bug them. Nader could take his ball and go play on some other field if they get too snotty with him. He still can do that!

So I ask the Nader haters and second-guessers - who better to protect the potential of Leronlimab from those who envy us shareholders, Nader and Cytodyn?

P.S. Let's not forget that the FDA likes being the King Maker for the world's other FDAs and pharmas either!
