I want NP to stay, but I want him to have stronger

I want NP to stay, but I want him to have stronger advisors around him to be paranoid for him and for LL, and he needs to get RID of Amarex. He needs a competent/that's the nicest word I can come up with CRO to work with. They've made too many 'mistakes'. The only issue with him is that he's too trusting, IMO. He's partly a religious philosopher...
