Learning on the job in the biotech world..is not necessarily a roadmap to success...nor failure, for that matter..I agree that Nader is dogged in his efforts to move the molecule across the finish line...and more importantly to me, he is trustworthy in that effort...
WE as a company have endured...some will say too many missteps...when I was taking flying lessons...because I was a white-knuckle flyer on large planes...I realized death was an imminent threat...but,...working through my fears...understood that death is always an imminent threat... in spite of what you are doing...
OK, so the dog bit us...we are not dead...time to bandage up and get on with the lesson and flight plan...He may not be the best pilot ...but, he's in the cockpit....we are still airborne...next stop,...the Philippines...India...Brazil.
