LONGWOOD, Fla., June 22, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- 3D Entertainment Holdings dba 3D Eye Solutions, Inc. (OTCPK: TDEY) is pleased to announce it has completed the acquisition of NX Desk  Ltd , a U Kingdom based company, for $450,000 in restricted Preferred and Common Stock.

NX Desk gives users a fully functional Windows Desktop that runs on hardware hosted in a datacenter rather than on local hardware.  NX Desk allows users to connect to the hosted Desktop from a local PC, laptop, or thin client over the internet and access all of its applications and data.  All of the data is secured using industry standard encryption, just like online banking.

As part of the acquisition, 3D Entertainment has appointed Owen Dukes and Robert Zysblat as officers and directors of 3D Entertainment Holdings.  3D Entertainment Holdings will be undergoing a name change, however, the Company will continue to retain the 10 Year worldwide license for 2D to 3D conversions from 3D Eye Solutions.

3D Entertainment has accepted the resignations of Dominic Crain and Cynthia Cassidy.  New management would like to thank Mr. Crain and Ms. Cassidy for their continued support as the Company moves in a new direction
