fwiw my reading of all his statements together (the ones I know about) is that he fully intended to be completely current by 3/31, but clearly some entities couldn't get their filings in completely by that time. Chiro has documented that various of the component companies have filed in April and even as recently as the 11th of May, I believe? So those are taking a bit longer than planned, which I consider an honest mistake in the process of building a *conglomerate*. But Doc is VERY aware of the SEC deadline and knows that that's essentially a drop-dead date. When he was asked about "June" in the context of the SEC deadline, even though the date wasn't specified (which I found odd), I figured he was saying yes to "by June" as in "by the SEC drop-dead date" that had just been referred to. IFAH would be great, but even if he doesn't have it by then, he NEEDS to have his ducks in a row by 6/28. I don't care at all if it comes on the 27th. If he misses the 28th, however, we're in trouble. But NO NEED to borrow trouble yet. Everyone needs to calculate their risk, look at the incredible DD that's been provided and do whatever they can, and make their choices about whether he'll bring UNVC current by 6/28.
