As a loyal American citizen I am partial to the welfare of my fellow innocent Americans first. The welfare of bums in the government does not concern me as much as the welfare welfare of good people everywhere else. It would be most unfortunate and a disgrace to have Americans traveling to Russia or China in order to receive life saving care developed in the USA yet denied to them by the US government, no matter the reason or who is at fault. There can be no excuse.
