“long” is a dangerous way to view your position in CYDY
With FDA's stonewalling us, CYDY has been forced into an”all or nothing” situation.With all the cost in time and money spent on the Covid trials and our pivot to foreign options, unless we get income quickly, we can't last long enough to just see if the FDA will grant anything that makes money from our other indications.
I strongly believe that the FDA letter was directed for foreign eyes, an implied threat to stay away from LL. All you “longs” may be completely blind to the fact that we are in a situation right now, where these foreign leads are making the decision to pay us for product, contradicting the FDA, or passing out of fear of retribution.
We just threw everything we had at a FDA Eua for covid and foreign prospects, if we fail at revenue now, when do you see the next opportunity as good as this one ]still available. I think the term “long” is on the line. Thinking there will always be another day is a mistake. There's always a last day.
