Dont disagree with the sentiment and urgency for this, but at this point we are just screaming at the sky. Good luck fighting the FDA and the Feds. The rules are you play by their rules (and BP's). Yes it stinks, but the fact is there are entities in this world that dont want us to succeed. The rules arent fair, they are arbitrary and will change at whim or be ignored when advantageous to the system. The system is not rewarded for helping CYDY. They system is rewarded for making the system more powerful.
The only resort is to do what CYDY is doing out of country. The list of people in the country that could make a difference is very short. Most of the people on that list have no interest in CYDY success. Politicians, business leaders, etc.
Our path is to get success somewhere else and we can all sit around and moan and whine but that is what it is. The path to success in USA is selling out to BP for a penny on the dollar. The path elsewhere is where we are headed.
